Microneedlng
Microneedling is also known as “Collagen Induction Therapy" (CIT), and is considered an innovative and advanced “Anti-aging Therapy.” Microneedling penetrates the skin creating mico-injuries that trigger the growth of fibroblast stimulating the production of Collagen and elastin. The production of Collagen provides our skin with its mechanical & structural integrity, and Elastin provides elasticity for our skin. Microneedling also creates microchannels that allow Hyaluronic Acid to penetrate into the epidermis providing a wound healing & hydrated environment which is beneficial for acne scarring, stretch marks, fine lines, wrinkles, and dilated pores. Treatments are completed with Registered Practitioners who are certified in Aesthetics, and other trained & certified specialties.
Treatment Time: 45 mins - 60 mins

During each microneedling procedure a topical numbing cream is applied to the surface of the skin to ensure that the treatment is well tolerated and comfortable. Sensitivity and pain tolerance varies for each individual and some treatment areas may be more sensitive than other areas such as the forehead and upper lip. Most individuals tolerate microneedling very well.
-
Microneedling requires multiple sessions to achieve results but may require long-term maintenance for lasting and effective results. The longevity of results are also determined by the benefits each individual is trying to achieve.
-
The required amount of treatments that are recommended will vary for each individual and will depend on various factors. Some individuals may desire to have optimal pore reduction, and other individuals may want to treat hyperpigmentation. Every individual has unique concerns & goals, and microneedling almost always requires repeated treatments because the ultimate goal is to stimulate the skin to produce more collagen and increase the rate of cell turnover.
Hyperpigmentation (3-6 sessions).
Optimal pore reduction (4-6 sessions).
Fine lines and wrinkles (4-6 sessions).
Skin laxity, acne scars, & stretch marks (minimum of 6 sessions).
We always recommend 3-6 treatments which will ultimately assist with all the unique concerns & goals of every individual. We also recommend maintenance treatments so that results are longer lasting.
