Our team of Practitioners and other professional specialties are committed to empowering individuals to feel captivated by the precision of their natural features. Our philosophy revolves around individual perceptual aesthetic experiences involving the empowerment of “self-love.” We are all constantly exposed to the demands of social media platforms which is creating individual misperceptions of impossible perfection that drive individuals to resemble artifically perfected versions of themselves. Alicia Evans RN, BSN, MSN, APRN, NP-PHC

  • Alicia graduated as a Registered Nurse (RN) from the University of Windsor. Alicia has 6 years of experience in various specialties of healthcare which include Medical Surgical, Infectious Disease, Cardiac, Occupational Health, and Urgent Care. Currently, Alicia is enrolled in the Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program at Spring Arbor University in Michigan, graduating in July 2023. Alicia began her journey in Aesthetic Medicine in 2019 and has recently purchased her first commercial location in Via Italia which is located in Windsor, Ontario. Alicia creates a welcoming environment so clients are comfortable and relaxed during the visit. Consultations are focused on rebuilding confidence and listening to client concerns so that she can transform their visions into flawless results.

    Alicia embraces perpetual growth and development and continues to pursue learning opportunities that continuously encourage her to master her leadership skills. Alicia is a true advocate in the community, frequently searches for opportunities to donate, and has also incorporated initiatives that reflect a business brand model centred around the connection with giving. Alicia believes feelings experienced from giving enhance growth, compassion, and success.  Winston Churchill once said, “We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give.” 

Linda Nguyen

  • Linda has been with MA&CB since 2022. Linda previously worked in the customer service industry for 10 years and finally decided to take a leap of faith & pursue her dreams in the beauty industry and become certified in various beauty esthetic services. Linda has incorporated her impeccable communication skills to enhance independent growth. Linda consistently displays empathy, attentiveness, adaptability, & accountability which has allowed her to develop amazing relationships with clients initiating an amazing environment for clients and other professional specialties. Linda became certified as a lash artist which motivated her to become the CEO/Owner of “Floof Beauty Bar.” Linda’s continuous motivation to grow her business connects her with more opportunities and experiences to advance as an esthetician. 

    Linda has fully embraced her passion for beauty and has completed various certifications & and education allowing her to incorporate additional services & provide advanced knowledge expanding her beauty service profile. Linda grew her independent business operating within MA&CB and is now part of the MA&CB familia. Linda now specializes in lash extensions, lash lift & tint, microneedling,  chemical peels, no-peel-PCA-peels, hydro-jelly facials, acne facials, facial exfoliation, & provides education for clients on medical grade skincare and cosmetic products.

    • Medical Aesthetic Injectors are specialized trained, and certified Medical Professionals such as Dermatologists, Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses & Registered Practical Nurses. Registered Nurses & Registered Practical Nurses require a medical directive completed by a Dermatologist, Physician, or Nurse Practitioner in order to complete medical aesthetic treatments.

    • Medical Aesthetic Injections are non-invasive & non-surgical treatments that produce transformational, refreshing, and youthful appearances using FDA and Health Canada-approved neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and various other medications & products that are individually customized for each individual.

    • Complimentary appointments are encouraged so that Medical Professionals can review treatment options and complete individualized treatment plans. Treatments may be completed on the day of consultation or during another scheduled appointment.

    • Consent forms must be signed and a medical questionnaire must be completed prior to receiving treatments. This provides information regarding current medications & supplements, and past and current medical history to ensure you are an appropriate candidate.

    • All information provided to all specialized professionals follows healthcare regulations regarding confidentiality and a HIPPA-compliant database system is used to ensure the confidentiality of medical information.

    • Education is always provided by medical professionals for all clients regarding the possible side effects, adverse side effects, and pre & post-care instructions for each treatment provided.

    • It is very important to schedule follow-up appointments 2 weeks after treatment to assess the results of the treatments completed. This allows the Practitioner to determine if additional treatment procedures are required for optimal results.
